If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite
You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

1. Cancellations:

-Cancellation Period: Customers have the right to cancel their custom gaming desktop/PC order within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund. 

-If the cancellation request is made after 72 hours but before the order has been shipped, a $75 fee will be applied to cover costs.
Refund Method: Any funds for eligible cancellations will be returned to the original method of purchase only.

2. Refunds:

Eligibility for Refunds: Customers may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

-The product is returned within 30 days after the shipment has processed.

-The product is in its original condition, with no physical damage or modifications.

-The customer provides proof of purchase or order information.

Refund Process: To request a refund, customers must contact our customer service team at our contact page. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide any necessary forms or documentation.

Restocking Fee: Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover any costs associated with the customization or assembly of the purchased build.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for shipping the product back for a refund. The shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason the PC was requested for a refund for the specific purpose of faulty hardware at the time of arrival, Optimaltex will take the product for warranty purposes to diagnose the PC for quality assurance. Any refund will be processed after a full inspection of the product.

Return Process: Upon contacting us, our customer service team will guide customers through the return process. After assessing the request, we will provide instructions on how to send the build back.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are required to ship back all hardware that was delivered to them. They will be responsible for any damages that occur during the shipment back to our location.

Shipping and delivery pricing are destination based and are automatically calculated by the United Parcel Service (UPS) at check out. Handling Times:

We handcraft each build with patience and quality, and we ask patience in return! Standard times of shipping after placing an order will be from 10-15 days from the date the order was placed.

Additional information

Optimaltex reserves the right to hold any order for a quality or security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two (2) business days.

Standard ground shipping excludes parts, components, upgrades and other services unless otherwise specified. Shipping surcharges on over-sized items may apply, which will be indicated in the appropriate product information pages and will be displayed in the shipping subtotal of your order (if applicable).

For both domestic and international orders, if a package is deemed “lost” or “stolen” it is up to the courier to trace the package. Optimaltex will not send out a replacement product until we get verification from the courier that the package is confirmed to be “lost/stolen” and will reimburse Optimaltex for the cost of the product. Without confirmation from the courier, it is impossible for us to know if the customer will receive two shipments, if a replacement is shipped out with no confirmation. All packages are required to be signed by the recipient. If the package is returned back to our facility, because no one was able to sign for the package the customer will be charged for shipping a second time. Optimaltex is authorized to charge the customer’s credit card for any fees related to shipping.

Once a package has been updated/labeled as “shipped” customers may not be able to cancel an order. The package must reach its final destination, and then the customer is eligible for a refund, and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping, and (depending on the return) a 20% restocking fee may be applied. 

Optimaltex strives on the promise of ensuring satisfaction and the promise that we will do all we can in our best efforts to help streamline your order process before and after you receive your new gaming build. Our warranty is as follows:

1. Our Limited liability warranty is a 1 year warranty for both parts and labor including any software provided to you by Optimaltex.

2. Any system that is required to go through a repair within the time period of the warranty will not be charged.

3. If the system itself needs to be shipped out during the warranty period if before a 30 day period no shipping will be charged. If the return is after the 30 day period, the customer is required to pay for the shipping to send back to Optimaltex.

4. All warranty will undergo a virtual chat or messaging to gain further understanding of the problem before any return is necessary to avoid extra time and costs.

5. Once the product is shipped any hardware that may require replacement will be completely covered under the 1 year warranty guaranteed at no additional cost to the customer.

6. If the hardware was damaged during shipment due to lack of protection, Optimaltex will not be liable for any damages.

7. If the issue was caused by any damages due to any products that was not covered by Optimaltex (ex, hardware not installed by our technicians), it will not be covered under our warranty and the return shipment itself will have to be provided by the customer.

8. Once the warranty period for your product has been due and any issues arrives, it is possible that the original manufacturer for each component could be still considered under warranty. Our promise is that we will try our best to help by contacting the original manufacture to help replace the products for you.

Additional Notes:

 Optimaltex is not responsible for any damages caused by either internal or external equipment, shorted connections or components not installed by or purchased from Optimaltex. Optimaltex is not responsible for damages to any components or loss of any data inadvertently caused by products, under normal or abnormal use, including those purchased from Optimaltex. Optimaltex will not replace, repair or refund any purchase if an item or component’s serial number does not match what was originally sold. Optimaltex will be not be responsible for shipping costs to Optimaltex beyond the initial 30 days if an RMA is necessary. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Optimaltex will only be responsible for return US ground shipping to the customer once a repair is completed, while under warranty. Customers outside of the US are responsible for all shipping costs. Limited warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by: Shipping (other than related to the original shipment from Optimaltex), improper installation, misuse, modifications, unauthorized repair, adjustments, or excessive electrical power. Limited warranty also does not cover wear and tear. In the event of a repair or replacement, defective merchandise will be replaced with a like item, upon return of the defective merchandise.
